CANCELLATION POLICY

I appreciate your business. So that I can best serve all my clients, please be advised of these policies. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. In order to service all my clients better, All booked appointments have to now be confirmed by you no later than 48 hrs from day you booked appointment, to stay on my schedule. Any appointment not confirmed by this time will be denied and taken off schedule. Same day cancellations, or No Call/ No Show will be charged a fee of 75% of booked service cost. (Loyalty discounts will not be applied) If your appointment is for Personal Shopping, the No Call/ No Show charge is $20
